Mr. Boxall’s role
at PMH is to seek new and financially viable solutions for clients, and
differentiators for realtors and vendors. For the past five years, he has
created and driven several major marketing and sales initiatives focused on
improving communication, sales tracking tools and training programs for agents,
brokers, clients and vendors within the Wells Fargo Default Servicing group
(known as Premier Asset Services).
Me. Boxall is also
a recognized speaker for organizations such as the NRBA, REOMAC, and Five Star.
He has managed several large public companies in his home country (UK) before making
the move to live in the States some twenty-five years ago.
He is now busy
creating a new paradigm shift for REO, addressing buyer communication,
incubation, and education. Mr. Boxall’s business experience spans 30 years of
senior management, as well as running his own successful international
consulting business.

Mr. Jackson is CEO
of The LTV Group, a media and communications firm based in Dallas, TX; he is
also the founding partner of HousingWire
and REO Insider. HousingWire is the largest online newswire by readership in the U.S.
mortgage finance industry, reaching millions of readers each year; an
associated print magazine, launched in Sept. 2008, reaches more than 20,000
subscribers each month. REO Insider
is the fastest-growing trade publication targeting front line real estate
professionals in the nation, including Realtors, appraisers, contractors, and
others, and reaches an audience of 10,000 professionals per month.
A true industry
insider within the U.S.-based mortgage servicing community, Mr. Jackson began
his career in the family business at Jackson & Associates, a law firm
specializing in post-foreclosure legal process for many of the nation's largest
banks and servicing shops. He also is the former associate publisher and editor-in-chief
at DS News, a niche trade publication focused on residential mortgage default
management, and has held various positions within the media and advertising
industries.
Mr.
Jackson holds an MBA from UC Irvine, and studied for a Ph.D. at the University
of Southern California, reaching all-but-dissertation status in his research of
consumer behavior. He also holds a bachelor's degree in business from the
University of Southern California.

Berry F. Laws III, Esq.

Mr. Laws is a graduate
of the University of Wyoming Law School, and has practiced law since his 1980
admission to the Missouri Bar, and is also a member of the Kansas Bar. He is
the managing partner/shareholder in the law firm of Martin, Leigh, Laws &
Fritzlen, P.C., established in 1989, with offices in Kansas City, Missouri, St.
Louis, Missouri and Overland Park, Kansas.
Martin, Leigh, Laws
& Fritzlen, P.C. also has an affiliated title company, MoKan Title
Services, LLC, which was ranked in Ingram magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing
Companies in Kansas City for 2007 and 2008. MoKan serves the states of Missouri and Kansas as an agent
for First American Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Default
Solutions, and Old Republic Title Insurance.
Mr. Laws is
principally involved in the handling of commercial litigation, foreclosure law
and banking law, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, real estate law, real estate

Mr. Laws is also a frequent speaker and panelist at symposiums and
conferences nationwide regarding issues facing the mortgage servicing industry.
Mr. Laws has been

and was recognized by his colleagues as "Best of the Bar 2007” in The Kansas
City Business Journal.
Mr. Laws is also a
founding and managing member of the Default Attorney Group, an association of
seasoned legal professionals consisting of seven law firms representing 24
states across the U.S. that offer lenders and servicers within the default
industry a full scope of real-estate related matters, including bankruptcy,
foreclosure and litigation.
Gary D. Marinosci Founding Partner, Marinosci Law Group President, Liberty Title & Escrow Co.
Mr. Marinosci represents national creditors in all aspects of real estate, and was admitted to practice law in the state courts of Rhode Island in 1995. A graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Law, he spent a year at the University of Notre Dame Law School in London, and also holds a B.S. from Bentley College. As president of Liberty Title & Escrow Company, Mr. Marinosci has extensive experience in residential, commercial and REO real estate closings. In addition, he has over a decade of experience ensuring that clients are in compliance with all state and federal lending regulations.
Frank Marshall

Mr. Marshall has more
than 20 years diversified mortgage servicing experience gained in management
level service to mortgage bankers, GSEs, and national 3rd party outsourcing
companies. His primary focus has been in the area of default management,
including loss mitigation, valuations and REO asset management.
Prior to joining
Default Resource as a principal, Mr. Marshall was employed by Premiere Asset
Services, an operating unit of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, managing the disposition
of more than 35,000 REO assets and overseeing the delivery of more than 40,000
BPOs monthly to its clients and investors.
Mr. Marshall’s is
also the former vice president of REO for Clayton National, Inc., REO Director at
Prudential Asset Recovery, and served as a REO operations manager with Freddie
Mac.
Benny Nassiri

Ms. Nassiri has
been a California real estate expert for more than 22 years, and has been
focused exclusively on REO properties since 1993. She operates real estate
brokerages in nine states, including California, Texas, Kansas and Louisiana,
and has sold more than 5,000 bank-owned properties in her career. She has
managed up to 250 listings per month successfully.
An active real
estate investor, Ms. Nassiri also manages a portfolio of apartment and
condominium units in various locations within the U.S.; she is also active in
other investments within the real estate sector. Some affiliated investments
include: HousingWire, REO Insider, the Greenovation Institute, and BSI
Financial.
Robert J. Jackson President and Senior
Managing Attorney Jackson & Associates,
Inc.
A bona fide expert
in the mortgage banking and post-foreclosure legal fields, Mr. Jackson earned
his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, where he was
recognized as a member of the Order of the Coif (an honor reserved for the top
10% of the graduating class). A member of the California Bar, he founded Mutual
Mortgage Company in the early 1980s, serving as President of the full-service
mortgage banking firm until it was sold to Medallion Mortgage in 1984.
Mr. Jackson has
practiced a wide range of mortgage banking and real estate law in his 33 years
as an attorney, including both jury and bench trials. In 1994, Mr. Jackson
established the first law firm dedicated to REO legal and related title
litigation; by 1998, his firm was responsible for commencing, managing, and
supervising REO property recovery throughout the United States.
Passionate
about ideas and about process, Mr. Jackson sets the strategic vision at Jackson
& Asssociates, and is a frequent speaker to the REO and default industries.
In addition to his law degree, he also holds a BS in Mathematics from St.
Mary’s College.
