The Open Door Institute is the result of a unique collective effort between leading trade media and industry education specialists.
The media component of the Open Door Institute is provided by REO Insider, a real estate trade publication focused on the needs of front-line professionals who buy, sell or manage bank-owned properties -- commonly called REO (real estate owned).
The training and educational component of the Open Door Institute is led by Real Estate Educate, and joint venture partner Default School. Real Estate Educate has provided online real estate courses since 2004, and the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO.org) has certified REE as an education provider. DefaultSchool.com provides online and traditional training for the corporate seller and their brokers and agents; collectively, Default School's clients manage in excess of 250,000 properties nationwide.
The support of leading corporate REO sellers and default servicing operations, including PMH Financial and Executive Asset Management, is also a critical component of the Open Door Institute. And more lender/servicers are supporting our collective and inclusive efforts each week.
