Submit your initial interest form for the Open Door Institute Elite Professional Program. As a member of the Open Door Institute, you are eligible to apply to become a recognized Elite Broker or Attorney, who will enrich the real estate industry by providing critical local, market-level intelligence.
Selected Elite Brokers and Attorneys will represent the nation’s 366 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) and will build strong relationships with local officials to deliver a valuable resource for leading lenders and servicers.
Elite brokers and attorneys will be selected by members of the Open Door Insitute’s Advisory Council, and will serve a two-year term. Among other required criteria, applicants to the Elite Broker program must be Open Door Institute in good standing to apply, have earned the RDCpro™ industry designation as well as the LMCpro™ short sale designation, have at least 5 years experience in the real estate industry and produce 2 letters of recommendation from current or past clients.
